Making things happen. Fitness has always been a part of my life; whether it was
playing lacrosse, soccer, conditioning for sports, and now being a competitive
MMA fighter; it has always been ‘in me’ to compete. It’s never been just another monotonous chore on my endless to do list. It's a priority. And will remain a
priority for years to come. Even though sometimes I don’t feel up to my best, I
stayed up too late, I’m sore, or I have 13 other things to do that day, but none-the-
less, I still make it happen.
I know how important fitness is and what it takes to make things happen.
Dedication, time, energy, are all intricate parts of fitness and making it happen to
your own specific goals. They are all pieces to your own personal puzzle. It may be
weight loss or it may be sport specific training, It could be increasing your strength in a particular area and decreasing body fat at the same time. It could even be as
simple as basic mobility training. The list goes on and on, but it’s all about what IT is
for you.
I will never know everything about fitness. Fitness is a field, just like many others,
that is constantly changing and transforming, allowing me to mold my training
in several different ways. But I do know what works. And it has been successful
for myself as well as many other people. I hope to share my wisdom, stories, and
knowledge in order to make IT happen for YOU!
