My passion for health and fitness stems from my lifelong background in athletics
and sports. Being a three-sport athlete for most of high school, I fortunately was
recruited by several division 1 schools to represent their university by playing
lacrosse on a scholarship. I chose to attend Penn State University and received
my bachelors' degree in Crime, Law and Justice, but later realized that bettering
myself, as well as other people through athletics and sports, was more my cup
of tea. Upon graduating, I did more classes and schooling and became an A.C.E.
(American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer. By gaining experience, I
have learned to put my functional and athletic background together with my strong
desire to help people achieve personal change, growth, and accomplishment. I enjoy
working with every population that the area has to offer, from all-star athletes to
pregnant women, elderly clients, and post injury rehabilitation clients. I am also CPR
and AED certified by The American Red Cross.
